By using Vaulta, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service Description

Vaulta is an offline-first vault and personal money-tracking application that helps you store personal information and track your finances securely on your own device. Penny Flow money tracking, PIN app lock and local encrypted export are available to everyone. Google Drive encrypted backup, biometric unlock, expiry reminders, ad removal and unlimited vault items are Premium features.Penny Flow money tracking, PIN and biometric app lock, expiry reminders, local encrypted export and Google Drive encrypted backup are available to everyone.

Penny Flow & Financial Information

Penny Flow is a self-entered money tracker. You enter your own income, expenses, transfers, credit-card activity, recurring items, and savings, and Vaulta calculates balances and summaries from what you record. It does not connect to banks, cards, or payment networks and does not import transactions on your behalf.

Penny Flow is provided for personal tracking only and is not financial, accounting, investment, or tax advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for any decisions you make based on it.

Backup File Security

Local export uses the custom .vaulta format and encrypted payloads. Vaulta may reject unsupported file formats during restore for security and compatibility reasons.

Account and Data Responsibility

You are responsible for your device security, PIN/biometric access setup, and safeguarding your Google account if backups are enabled.

You are also responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content and financial records you store in Vaulta, and for keeping your own backups of important data.

Purchases

The full version is sold through Google Play, which acts as merchant of record. You can buy it either as a recurring subscription or as a single one-time purchase; both unlock the same features.

A subscription renews until you cancel it, and you can cancel at any time in the Play Store. A one-time purchase never expires. Where a free trial is offered, it is provided and administered by Google Play, and Google decides eligibility.

A purchase belongs to the Google account that made it and works on every device signed in to that account. Use "Restore purchase" in the app after a reinstall or on a new device. There are no device limits and nothing to deactivate.

Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. A refunded, cancelled or expired purchase stops unlocking the full version; nothing you created is deleted, and existing vault items remain readable, editable and exportable.

No Warranty

Vaulta is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaulta and its maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, account compromise, or service interruption.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of Vaulta after updates means you accept the revised terms.
